Without adjustable saddles, youll struggle to get the guitar. A wraparound bridge is an integral bridge/tailpiece unit constructed traditionally from a metal bar drilled with six holes on the underside, into which the strings are loaded from the front before wrapping up and over the curved bar and heading off over the pickups and toward the neck.

Studs are not included, however aged studs are available from MojoAxe if you are in need them. Wraparound bridges are full of sustain and sound great, but theyre not all created equal. The CWT60 includes an Allen key for adjusting the set screws and instructions for setting up the intonation. Note that this bridge is not compatible with 1954-1962 Gibson guitars which have the studs offset at an angle (see comparison photo). Installing a MojoAxe CWT60 bridge is a great way to dramatically improve the playability of your vintage Gibson guitar while maintaining the appearance of the original part. The MojoAxe CWT60 bridge replicates the design and appearance of the original 1960's Gibson lightning bridge, however the saddles are positioned for correct intonation with modern string sets which have 3-wound/3-plain strings (the original 1960’s bridge was designed for string sets with a wound G-sting, thus is impossible to properly intonate with modern string sets which have a plain G-string).
